The institute has experience backed by strong network strength and supply chain management to conduct the paper pencil based test all over the country in over 150 cities/towns for about three lakh candidates in one session. Paramount importance is given to safety, secrecy and security of the test material as also fair, impartial and smooth conduct of the examination and seamless logistics.

IBPS is an academic institute and offers guidance to PhD students registered with SNDT University in the management subject. The institute has an enriched collection of books, journals and periodicals, in the library. The expert guidance and supervision of the faculty members steer the students to carry out research activities in the right direction. The institute also conducts national and international workshops, conferences and seminars and provides platform for exchange of knowledge in the area of Psychometrics, Assessment, Human Resource Management, Banking and Finance and other general management topics.

Q8. What are the kinds of training programs conducted for clients?

IBPS conducts training on behavior assessment skills, interview skills, item writing skills, training on test administration procedure for personnel, training on test administration for coordinating bank officers, training programs for trainers and induction training programs for newly recruited staff.   The training programs are customized and tailored according to the requirement of clients.
